Muscle Toning

Injury Rehabilitation
My physio referred me to Steve whilst I was suffering with “runner’s knee” for many months which was severely limiting my activities. Steve was excellent – he worked with me on exercises to strengthen the areas surrounding my knee in order to build up the stability and control that I needed to take the pressure off my knee. He explained everything as we went along, so I feel I really learned something about how my body works too, I would highly recommend him.

Hypnotherapy
I have been afraid of flying for as long as I can remember but really wanted to make the long haul trip for my brother’s wedding, so decided to try life coaching with Steve. It was quite a relaxing experience, not what I had imagined hypnosis to be. Steve used different tools such as visualisation and deep breathing to get me to prepare myself and when it came to the flight itself I did it! I will never love flying but I know I can do it now and am no longer limited.
