Terms & Conditions
 
  1. Payments - Payment to be made in advance of each session by cash, cheque, BACS or direct debit. Cheques made payable to Definition Lifestyle & Fitness.
  2. Cancellation policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions and will be re-scheduled free of charge. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases when a client is unable to attend. If for any reason the trainer is unable to attend your pre-arranged session, and advises you with less than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded or the session re-arranged at mutual convenience.
  3. Late arrivals - Sessions shall be 60 minutes in length and start at the scheduled time. Sessions cannot be extended due to lateness of the client or by interruptions caused by the client. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be deemed as cancelled.
  4. Refund - In the event that a client is unable to complete a course of sessions for a prolonged period, the session's validity will still apply and can be rescheduled at mutual convenience at any time up to two months from the date of the last session. In the event of a change of circumstances and the trainer is unable to continue with a client, a week's notice will be given and a full refund for the balance will be made.
  5. Liability - The trainer excludes all liability for injury or damage caused by the client for carrying out the exercises incorrectly or contrary to the trainer's advice or supervision.

If you register for any of the services you will be asked to provide basic personal information. The information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties. The information is used solely for notifying you of changes or updates to the website/services.
 
Delivery Timescales
 
Definition Lifestyle & Fitness Ltd retails products on line. From the point of order we expect to despatch all Goods within a period of 3 days from receipt of payment. In the event that a product is out of stock - you will be notified by e mail and offered a refund or advised when the goods will be delivered.
