| BoxFitness |
| BoxFitness combines a cardio and conditioning workout to help you increase your fitness and stamina, lose weight and tone up all at the same time, making it one of the most effective ways to exercise. It is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.
BoxFitness is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work and circuit training with a boxing feel. It's great fun and is enjoyed by both men and women of all ages. Boxercise delivers a fat burning and a conditioning workout in one, making it a fantastic use of time. BoxFitness is available on a one-to-one or group basis. |
| X-Training |
| X-Training in simple terms is a physical workout consisting of a variety of gym based exercises (cardio + weights) against a running clock. Competitions normally consist of two lanes with two competitors racing head to head at any point in time. Exercises which normally feature are cardio stations such as row, bike and run, strength exercises such as press ups, shoulder press and bench press and circuit type exercises such as squat thrusts, sit ups and bench jumps. The number of stations is normally ten, but can vary between 7 and 12. It’s not just a great way to compete against others but also a fantastic way to train yourself. |

| Pilates |
| Regular Pilates participation is proven to create long lean muscles, greater strength, muscle tone, a strong core, reduce stress, improve balance and co-ordination.
Pilates is an exercise method based on the work of Joseph Pilates. Its focus is on strengthening the abdominal wall, back (core) and buttocks by carrying out exercises that are designed to increase flexibility strengthen muscles and improve posture. The method involves concentration and the co-ordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance the mind and body. It can significantly reduce chronic back and neck pain and prevent re-injury, as well as being a great stress reliever. Pilates is available on a one-to-one or group basis. |

| This is a specialised group that train either on a one-to-one format or in a group environment. The Fitness 50+ feature in the same activities as already stated. For Pre/Post Natal Training we ensure that the client is taken through the correct training pattern in each trimester and then carefully returned back to fitness after pregnancy.
