Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method based on the work of Joseph Pilates. Its focus is on strengthening the abdominal wall, back (core) and buttocks by carrying out exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture. The method involves concentration and the co-ordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance the mind and body. It's also a great stress reliever. Pilates is available on a one-to-one or group basis.
Yoga
A Hindu discipline aimed at achieving a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity. Yoga encompasses breathing exercises, physical postures, meditation and flexibility techniques. The ultimate aim of yoga is to achieve a state of balance and harmony between mind and body.
Boxercise
Boxercise is a high impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work and circuit training with a boxing feel. It's great fun and is enjoyed by both men and women of all ages. Boxercise delivers a fat burning and a conditioning workout in one, making it a fantastic use of time. Boxercise is available on a one-to-one or group basis.

- Fitness 50+
- Pre & Post Natal Training
This is a specialised group that train either on a one-to-one format or in a group environment. The Fitness 50+ feature in the same activities as already stated. For Pre/Post Natal Training we ensure that the client is taken through the correct training pattern in each trimester and then carefully returned back to fitness after pregnancy.
