Group Fitness classes are a low cost, fun, supportive way to get fantastic results.
Group Fitness Classes are a fun, motivating, and challenging way to fit exercise into your daily routine. A great alternative or compliment to any workout programme, our 'pay as you go' or block-booked classes are led by highly skilled and nationally certified instructors. Generally one hour in length, Definition classes range from cardio/strength to mind and body classes. The two most popular classes at the moment are Boxercise and Pilates.
