Definition Lifestyle & Fitness Ltd was formed in 2000 by Lifestyle & Fitness Consultant and Company Director Steve Dowse. Within a
year his team had grown to three Personal Trainers and a Physiotherapist. Currently Steve works with more than one hundred dedicated individuals across the UK ranging from Personal Trainers to Nutritionists, Life Coaches to Physiotherapists, and Golf Coaches to Doctors. Even though Definition has grown so rapidly over the past few years, Steve still appoints every team member personally and
looks for a mixture of passion, knowledge and experience to ensure all trainers and coaches offer the same level of dedication and expertise. Steve has worked tirelessly to attract and develop a growing client portfolio of both clients and corporations. In 2004, Definition started to offer Group Training solutions and Body MOTs to some of the biggest organisations in the UK including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Mars Chocolate UK, Citroen UK, Unilever, Orange, O2. We also work with local schools and colleges promoting and educating on health, lifestyle & fitness. Steve is trained in Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which has helped to move the business in a whole new direction. Steve and his team introduced this area of the business into the company's portfolio, creating a strong focus on mind and body. With Steve’s qualifications as a Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner he has trained with some of the world's best in coaching, leadership and personal development. Steve and the team help clients create vision and purpose in their life to succeed in their personal and professional life. “Using a blend of Coaching and NLP, I can support you to truly cultivate the future you desire.
